Happy Holidays to all ICMRS members!

I am pleased to invite you to attend the 2019 ICMRS-ORS Membership Meeting, which will be held at Austin Convention Center, Austin, TX at 7 pm on February 2^nd, 2019 (Saturday).

The meeting will be a great opportunity for members to discuss the activities and functioning of the society, as well as to meet old friends and start new friendships while enjoying food and drinks in a pleasant social setting.

A major event of this year’s meeting is a panel discussion “Promoting Research Integrity”, moderated by Dr. Jean Jiang and chaired by Drs. Yixian Qin, James Wang, and Ed Guo. We will discuss general guidelines and policies for enhancing research integrity and standards. Audience participation is an important component of this discussion.

In addition, we will hold a traditional Webster Jee Young Investigator Award Ceremony to feature scientific accomplishments by our young ICMRS members.

The seats of this meeting will be arranged in a round table setting, with each table focusing on one topic. Those topics are academic career, industry career, NIH101, tissue engineering, bone biology, bone engineering, cartilage biology, cartilage engineering, tendon and meniscus, spine and other tissues. No prior registration is required. Seats are available on a first-come-first-served basis.
